David Taylor is a reluctant technologist and human-centered designer who makes data fun, content clear, and experiences delightful.
His approach is rooted in curiosity, failure, and humor. He blends information architecture, UX research, and a dash of coding to turn messy data into usable, playful experiences.
A graduate of Brigham Young University's Advertising Lab and the University of Washington’s iSchool, David has spent a decade in newspaper publishing, corporate communications, and privacy consulting. He’s skilled in journey mapping, card sorting, taxonomies, user interviews, and survey design.
David loves writing, field research, and his mother. He does not love sudden noises, snow, or finance.
I’m always open to discussing information architecture, AI strategy, or Pokémon lore.
